1. Remove the lines, ridges, and rough texture of your nails by buffing each nail using back and forth motion for 2-5 seconds. Once you are done buffing, your nails with be smooth. Repeat every four weeks.
2. Buff each nail for 2-5 seconds. This will remove all remaining ridges and will stimulate blood circulation under your nails which encourages healthy and strong growth. Repeat every few weeks as necessary.
3. This side is made out of silk. Buff each nail for 5-10 seconds until you reach a glossy shine. Unlike nail polish this shine won’t come off.
