Note ALL International Orders ship to BILLING ADDRESS ONLY and must pass credit card address verification and CVV verification. If paying by PayPal you must have a verified account AND a confirmed shipping address. This is to insure fast and proper delivery of your product. Note that you may be subject to Customs, VAT or Brokerage fees. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. If package is returned to us for any reason the buyer is responsible for any fees that we have incurred.
Internet product orders usually take 24 hours to process but please allow up to Five business days. Our products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS and take 2-3 days for delivery (on average). Free Shipping is on USPS (Priority Mail) or UPS Ground in USA Only. We reserve the right to ship an order via USPS if the free shipping option is chosen depending on order weight, size and value. Please note that although most orders are processed within 24 hours your order can take upto 3 to 5 days to be processed.
International orders ship once we verify the information provided is valid from your credit card provider. PayPal orders must be from a "Verified" and "Confirmed" PayPal account. International orders may be subject to customs, brokerage, VAT or other related fees. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

We ship UPS and USPS for customer convenience. UPS is our preferred method. Customers can contact UPS with their tracking information to have their package held at their local UPS office for pickup if the need arise. Please note that any packages sent back to us for non-delivery or customers failure to obtain the package from shipper/shipping company (including refusing delivery) are non refundable and the customer is responsible to contact us for reshipment of their product at their expense. If an order is shipped "FREE" and then returned for any reason the original shipping charge will be billed to the customer.
Please note that starting 7/14/2008 we will require signature on all shipments. This is to insure our wonderful customers that they will receive their product and it will not be left unattended under no circumstance. The cost of this service is automatically added to the shipping calculation (sorry no exceptions).
Free shipping offers exclude Alaska and Hawaii.
We ship only to verified addresses with no exceptions.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We do not accept returns on products.
A product order can be canceled as long as it has not shipped - there is a 15% processing fee on all canceled orders (sorry no exceptions). You must call us at 845-231-2461 (9am - 6pm EST) to cancel any product order. E-mail requests to cancel an order are not accepted - sorry no exceptions.
A service order can not be canceled once it has been started at our salon. You have 3 business days to cancel your service order - there is a 15% processing fee on all canceled orders.
NOTE: If an order is returned to us for any reason (bad address, cant be delivered etc...) any shipping fees incurred may be billed to the account on file for the associated order.
If you receive damaged product please notify us within the first 24 hours so we can handle the situation accordingly. Do not discard or use the damaged product as you may need to send it back to us. Product not accepted for replacement will be reshipped to customer at customer expense.
If you receive the wrong product please do not discard or use the product. We will promptly send you the correct product and arrange shipping of the wrong product back to us. If the product is not returned to us you may be liable for the product value and you will be billed accordingly.
Gift Certificate Policy:
Gift certificates must be redeemed through the SunCapsuleBeauty.com web site, http://www.suncapsulebeauty.com, toward the purchase of products listed on SunCapsuleBeauty.com. They do not apply to shipping, delivery, taxes or other service charges and are for merchandise only.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Gift Certificate promotions can not be combined with any discount promotion upon redemption. There are NO refunds on Gift Certificates or Gift Certificate Purchases.
Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account and is not transferable.
If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with another payment method.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Once a certificate is fully depleted it is permanently removed from our system.
