Directions: Apply on face and neck using cotton pad. Repeat until the cotton pad remains clean. For best results, use the Face Toner after applying Inspire’s Facial Cleansing Milk or Inspire’s Scrub & Foam Cleansing Milk. Also can be used as a cleansing make-up remover.
